How You Will Make an Impact:

We serve a customer base seeking luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Parts Back Counter Person, you will be one of the primary team members contributing to the success of the Parts Department by being involved and adding to our guest satisfaction. You will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.? 

What Winning Looks Like:??

  • Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.? 
  • 1-year experience with auto parts sales preferred 
  • Must have a strong focus on keeping KPI scores high 
  • Must be a process driven individual with the strong ability to multitask 
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume 
  • Working as part of a team to serve our guests? 

Skills Needed to Win:??

  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business by ensuring customer complaints are handled tactfully, promptly, with genuine concern, and per brand standards 
  • Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction and brand Customer Survey Score Cards by ensuring the quality and promptness of all parts requests. 
  • Complete training programs and certification programs. 
  • Monitors shop conditions, cleanliness and safety 
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner 
  • Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts 
  • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information 
  • Pulls and fills orders from stock 
  • Maintain a weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock 
  • Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order 
  • Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization 
  • Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
